Stephen Iverson is a regular performer and leader at Youth Specialties conventions, Youth Ministries Project, Sabbath retreats, and events for the department of Spiritual Direction at the San Francisco Theological Seminary. The original chants included on this CD and companion sheet music are contemporary, contemplative chants for sung meditation in the tradition of Taize. Stephen's chants are currently being used in Christian worship services throughout the U.S. and Canada. The album includes Stephen's songs and chants and was recorded in a continuous format for relaxation, prayer, and meditation.
