This album is not the slick production you might be used to. It is neat and clean, but earthy and real. I hope it is an album that you will be playing 10 years from now when all the glitzy albums have been lost. I must confess that I don't like very much of the stuff coming out from the industry. In fact, I even try to distance myself from their material. We don't really have to copy what others are doing to "make it." We all should just do what we do and let the cream rise to the top. Our problem is that it may take years before the cream rises that far...so we don't want to wait. Instead of waiting we try to "market" our stuff to the top. I hope this album gets passed around from friend to friend and given at Christmas by people who love it.
